Claiming Flash

To claim set-price flash that doesn't require major alterations, please book through The Lotus House via Instagram. Request me directly (Rachel) when you book your session, and provide a picture of the flash along with your name and contact information.

If there is something you'd like to change about a piece, please contact me directly via Instagram before booking with The Lotus House.

For custom design requests, contact me directly via Instagram to discuss details. Custom designs require a $150 deposit, regardless of size, which covers changes to the design as well as (2) redraws of the design. This deposit is kept as payment for hours spent on the design (and you keep the design) should you decide to cancel. If you get your custom design tattooed, the $150 deposit is deducted from the final price of the tattoo.

When requesting a custom design, I will need images to use as references for what you're wanting. There are 3 ways this is typically done:

1. Using examples of other work by me.

Sending me images of other work by me and requesting similar pieces. This can include pieces already claimed by others, as I will be completely reimagining the new piece.

2. Images from Google/other artists.

While I will not be copying the styles of other artists, sending me examples of elements or concepts done by other artists can help me get an idea of what you are aiming for.

3. Drawing your idea.

Sketching out your own ideas and sending them to me also works, although you may need to also include examples of other images to help me get it perfect!

In special cases, reserving a design without booking a session is possible. This is something usually done for large, full colour pieces, or if the client is out of country for a period of time and won't be able to book within the next 3 months.
